5-Star Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay very relaxing. What really stood out was the customer-oriented staff. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location was close to the airport, the amenities were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time because it is located close to the exhibition. There was construction work going on next to the hotel. Luckily we were given quiet rooms, there was no noise. The earplugs were provided as a compliment. From Pudong Airport, it takes 1.5 hours by metro, you can reduce it by 20 minutes if you take the super fast Maglev train. The metro station was a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, all rooms are non-smoking. My room was huge, with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed. There was a kettle in the room, which is important for me, I really like drinking tea, tea/coffee is renewed daily, + two bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent, large selection of everything. You can also use the swimming pool free of charge. The hotel was decorated for New Year, there were Christmas trees, etc. The staff was friendly, but not everybody spoke English. A very good option for a business trip!

The room was spacious, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. Cleaning staff was very attentive as she found the novel I left in the room's toilet.

Clean, location near to NECC for event, next door is Ikea and the new shopping mall Livat, Metro is in the mall.

Great location with new shopping centre next door. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Great location for shopping eating and taking the subway. Food delivery is done by the robot which is quite convenient. The room is spacious with a seperate living room and bedroom.
